Who is your ideal girlfriend or boyfriend?

Hi everyone. Yesterday one of my friends complained with me about his failure in flirting girls. He did not think that girl was ideal for him. So, who is your ideal girlfriend or boyfriend? What personalities are vital to an ideal girl or boy?
