I agree with you. In order to speak fluently and correctly, you must have many skills, especially grammar. I can see several mistakes in grammar in your post. Also, the word "realize" is not appropriate where you used it. Do you mean "we can understand each other clearly"? I agree with you about the speed of speaking. It is much easier to understand English when someone speaks slowly.
Constantine, you said, "On this one I completely agree," but you did not say what "this one" is. I can see that words like "which" give you trouble because you wrote "whitch," which is not a word in English. The only way to learn and remember these words is by a memory aid, as you said. I suggest writing each word by itself or in a short sentence, and repeat writing it 10 times.
SaLeM, I don't know whether you are saying that those things are difficult or that they help you learn English. I think that both of those things are true.
Sniper Venom, I'm surprised that you find that listening to singing is a good way to improve your listening skills. I am an American, and I sometimes have trouble understanding English when it is sung. Going to the movies is a good way to improve your listening skills. Just don't do it at home and use subtitles.

Listening to music is also a good way... But not as good as movies or sth like that.
