To be honest, I hate waiting....but for a friend I can do anything...so I can wait for quite a long time. :)

Do British use this rule? (Just mention for their punctuality skill) :)
Use the 15-minute rule. It's very simple. If you have to wait more than 15 minutes, you leave and get on with your life.
