  • when i am feeling asleep ,i used to study books ,listening songs..

    and mostly i prefer to read is technical books,really it will make me sleep with in a second :)

    let me share one good advice  you to get sleep."wash your face with cold water" and have some fresh air ..

     

     

    • LOL it's a very good advice I can say that. If I'm brave enough to read a technical book surely I would fall asleep right away, femina.

      Anyways washing my face with cold water might not a good idea for me due to it keeps me awake though the night. I often do that when I need to work so late. Thanks for your support.

  • Normally I dont have any trouble falling asleep and I sleep like a pig. But there was a period when I was too stressful and as the result I suffered from insomnia. It made me sick and unable to concentrate on anything. Because of sleep deprivation, I also had headache and my eyes was like 2 grapes. Then my mom bought me "Tâm sen" (I dont know the word in English for it). I made it like the way I make tea and drink everyday. I helped a lot. You should try it, Kiriku.

  • believe it or not

    when I want to sleep ,I open a book and start to study

    then I fell asleep after five seconds from opening the book.

    being sleepless will be a gift for me at exams nights :D

    anyway,purify  your mind from any thoughts ,listen to something makes you relaxed with a hot chocolate or milk :):) Then you will fall asleep and having happy dreams :)

    • Hi someone, you have a a very precious gift - a good sleep every night-  that I always wish to have, but failed many times.

      Reading books  means I will have to spend a half of night or a whole night for it, (I like reading so much and it tends to keep me awake rather than make me sleepy) so this way backfire for me, unfortunetaly.

      But I like your last advice, actually I like chocolate, you know, if you stay awake too late you would feel hungry most of time. In that case what is better than a hot cup of chocolate or milk or a chocolate bar? I perfectly agree with you at this point.

    • Yeah! You see Kiriku?, surfing in tne fridge is not as bad and it can make your dreams come to you, (although I'm not sure if I purify my mind)
    • I like this idea, Estanis. How can you clear your mind with whole lots of beautiful tasty sweet cakes dancing in it? But for me at least I would have a very very sweet dream (in case sleep comes to me finally)

  • You are not alone Kiriku, this is a problem for many people, .......it is good to know there are some foods that help us to sleep better and also there are some foods that prevent a good sleep night: first don't drink Caffeine before sleep, instead try a Caffeine free drink such as Honey- Lemon Tea or Raspberry Limeade, Second, yogurt helps to sleep well,
