Millions of accidents occur every day for many reasons and many different circumstances on the road. It is also very common, it can be consequence of carelessness, drunk, or the occasional hitting of participates in the traffic, etc.
What will you do if you are under way and encounter an accident:
- You are the first person to see an accident.
- You see an accidents that is surrounded by other people but they do nothing to help victims.

Hmm..... the first reaction is always to see if the person involved in the accident is okay. The next is to seek help.
I have never encountered an accident where people only stand nearby and watch. Oftentimes, when an accident occurs, there are always good souls who do the initiative of helping... like notifying the law enforcers or taking good care of the accident by themselves.
If ever an accident is surrounded by the bystanders......that's the time when some people took good care of the incident already (like investigating the scene).
Thanks for your feedback Anele, not everyone are willing to reach out to victims of accidents. There are some people who I know told that they don't want to stop when seeing any accidents on road, there will be others to help victims. They tend to think that the problem won't affect them and it's not their responsibilities. It's a sad truth.
Yeah.........really a sad truth. I teach in a very small village. Oh you know how close people are in places like this. Their upbringing is different from those of the people in big cities. I am amazed at how people are always ready to lend a hand to someone here. It's a poor village but rich in good virtues.
How wonderful it is, Anele. I was also born and raised in a small village, I know what is neighborly relations and feelings in rural areas. I have moved to a big city for my studying for a long time. Sometimes I feel scared of the frosty nature of city people. It's said that " having enough of everything, only lacking of human feelings". Of course, not everyone's like that. I presume they are affected by industrial lifestyle, they have to be worried too many things such as money, accommodation, ect. or how to affirm their position and power...Anyway, human nature is good.
I would try to help them such as dressing their wounds, take them to the closest hospital/medical center or ask for others to support them, etc. Years ago, during a homeward trip with my aunt, an accident had just occurred on road before I passed by and no one around at that time. I together with my aunt had to put him on my motorbike then took him to local medical center, it's an unforgettable memory.
A good deed , VVquang, I suppose that you and I didn't feel bizarre to situations like passers-by who try to get in a scene of an accidents with only intention of seeing victim's number plate for playing lottery. Some of them rapidly decided to ignore those accidents because they didn't want to be relevant.I have a feeling that many people in our community are getting more and more frosty.( of course still having mass of good people around...)
Hmmm ... wow ... a very tough question. Let me get back to you on that. :D
Wait for you now and forever :D
Once when I was driving back from my office, I saw a motor cycle rider fell down from his bike. I stopped. With the help of a few people, he was put into my car, and I sent him to the nearest clinic. Mind you, he was not badly hurt or bleeding too much, otherwise I don't think I was brave enough to help him, just in case I would made it worst.
Anyway, looking back, I don't know where I got the courage to help him since I was a woman driving alone. Maybe my action was foolish, but I won't hesitate to help him again.
Your kindness and conscience motivated you to do what you thought was right. I believe we never regret what we can do to help others. The more we give, the more we get back.
