What should we do ? if because of some reason, (may be some boring topic or some topic that makes him/her sad) some of our friend become sad or misunderstand us ?

Hi,Rajesh, I want to know what's the reason on the earth make him/her get sad or misunderstand us.but any how,if my friends get sad about that I will give my heart to say sorry with them and comfort them.
