Actually, I know the differences between "bring" and "take". But in someway it is still confusing.

Is there anyone can help or give any further explanation about this matter?

Bring me home is when u say it to ur friend, take me home is when u say it to ur boyfriend ^_^

I think it depends on the place where you are situated.

Remember that the verb "to bring" is associated with "HERE" while the verb "to take" is associated with "THERE".
