I had a friend who was left heartbroken by her beloved. When I asked her how she was feeling, she smiled at me and said “He was never mine, we weren’t meant to be. He simply was HER fate not mine.
Love is Patience. Being patient is love.”
What do you think is love? What does your personal experience tell you?
What is this love that most of you talk so passionately about?
I am looking forward to read all of your comments.

What is love?
I would seek this as an opportunity to share what my observations tell me what has become of love today.
In today's world, it's common to come across many heartbreaking stories of two people who were romantically involved in a premarital relationship. Before I could share my two cents, it's important to clarify that love is natural and it's in our innate nature to give and receive love. Now to carry on the discussion; what makes this love "wrong" is the methodology taken by the people to fill this natural void inside them. And it gets worst when this void is filled in with a wrong person. Because the feelings of love are directly related to our psychology, hence, when eventually time concludes that two people are not meant to be (for whatever reason); the lover/s can experience some emotional trauma. This kind of love and energy that is temporarily used today to fill in that gaps inside us and often times (if not always) break us, is love that is basically nothing more than passion and desires.
I wonder do Sudanese say, “Bizzaf”. I thought only Morrocans, Tunisians & (Probably) Algerians use that. :P We in Libya don’t.
About her Love or Beloved? ^_*
Thank you so much for commenting, Sir.
Really appreciate it.
Shookran bizzaf ya Warda! Ahib alhub. Your friend should have been more careful about her love. Love is a feeling of deep regard, devotion, and fondness.
Hi, Roman!
Thank you, dear for droping a comment. Let’s see what others have to say about it.
Hi, Sir.
Thank you, for the link. I understand, Love doesn’t necessarily have to be romantic. There’s love in every relation.. The finest and purest love from a mother to her children. Between friends.
Here, in this discussion.. I am trying to understand one aspect of love, the romantic love. I am curious to know what others have to say about it through their experiences.
Thank you for your time and comment. ^_*
