"Inside out" do they want to tell us, we are driven by our emotions? And, we are not the master of our emotions? It was a great movie I ever watched, but I'm bit confused.
~( O_o)~
Almost all of us can relate to the movie. There are so many memories we have forgotten and so many good things our anger has spoiled. But how many of us have tried to bring the joy back? And took a little help from sadness, overcome the fear, positively avoided the disgust and let the anger be aside? It was a simple animation movie, yet it hit my mind so strongly.

It is true that emotions motivate us. A film that I should now watch based on the above discussion.
BTW, this is an extract of a more complex research I once ordered from an essay writing app. They actually gave sources to where these ideas originated from, but I can't find the original file to cite them here.
Oh, watched a few years ago. This move is genius! Like the idea of little wars inside of our heads :) Truly, sometimes you may feel 2 people inside you that try to take control of your life/emotions/decisions in different ways and you are the one who needs to cope with all of the results in the end, haha
And I like the girl's memories, how her parents appreciate her after the move, tried to help her to feel at home again. It's really hard for children to and parents to change the location. There're even a lot of articles on this topic like getting prepared for moving abroad with children and how to create a winning resume to help the both sides.
One of the approaches to analysis of motives of person's behavior, as far as I know, assumes that we can consciously control only about 10% of our emotional state and actions. There're too many factors we can't directly influence: the weather, our physical state, our immediate surrounding, our chains of associations (you see a black boot on a bench - flashback to childhood memories of kindergarden bully, albeit totally unrelated) are only a few of them.
"Inside Out" takes a geschtalt point of view, which means being driven by some unfinished actions, the "hooks" from the past. Obviously, I'm over-simplifying, but it's descriptive enough.
I think i am the only one who has not watched the movie. I will do so this weekend. Thank you for the recommendation. This is why i like this forum very much. Because people are always willing to share.
