if you can take a risk and have the courage to be different and act differently, then you will be a great leader I guess. However, all leaders are not great. They are leaders but not great like Hitler. Hitler was a leader but I don't consider him as great! I think it depends what kind of leader one can be. For me, it's not important at all to be a leader or not. What matters most is how kind and compassion one can be.
