Do you know this word "Itadakimasu" ? It use in my country. Before we eat morning, lunch and dinner, we say Itadakimasu. I had heard what other countries say before eating. Other countries say "let's eat". If I don't say "Itadakimasu" , I feel to eb strange. What do you say in your country?

I say only "Bismillah" before eating or doing anything means in the name of God or Allah,
In the Name of Allah the most Gracious the most merciful as Onee have mentioned and after finishing we say " alhamdo lilah " thank you Allah . Thanks for posting this nice discussion here . I hope that we see lots of expressions related to meal from many cultures :) :) :)
I usually say 'Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim" means 'in the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful'.
When I learned Japanese language, I say 'itadakimase' as well just for fun with friends. :)
We say it only if we are having a meal together with somebody. If I eat alone, I don't say anything.
In Ukraine we say "Смачного!" = "Smachnogo!", which means something like English saying "Enjoy your meal"
