Everybody may be sad sometimes. The cause may be bad weather, or angry boss, or naughty children, or wrangle with dearest. What do you do in such case. Do you weep? Or maybe conversely you cheer up? If so, how do you do this? Please, share with me and others.

No.... Slicing onion doesn't help... Because those are not the true tears... And I don't even know, how can tears help...

Omg, Ella, you say like if it is easy to do... Did you ever try to cry, while tears are dropping out from your eyes, because of slicing the onion?

I do nothing.
But sometimes one good training can help...

Dancing, sleeping, poetry, music are so good. When I feel sad, I sometimes weet. But I understand, that weeting is not good way. Good book or good movie can divert me. Interesting comedy movie, it cheers up. Or book about love.
