Sure my life is affected by the the year, month, day and time I'm born at. But determined? No. It's not determined solely by that. There's much more factors, that can determine our life. ^_^
I think Dragon's year will be good to me. Because Dragon is a intelligent creature, he/she will know that I'm worth of a good year. ^_^
