I have started teaching English online from August of last year. I can simply say that it is the best mode of teaching. The reason why I say that is because I have the experience of teaching in the conventional mode. There is a lot of diversity in teaching online. The students that you get to teach are from all parts of the world. Their level varies on individual basis and the methods of teaching is different from one student to the other. In conventional method mostly teachers are following syllabus and curriculum and there is nothing interesting or "diverse" for the teachers. It actually becomes a dull drudgery for the teacher to apply someone else's . Whereas, in teaching online, a teacher has the freedom to choose different methodologies on divergent students, to ensure that each and every student is getting the full value of the time which he/she gives online to learn the English language.
