As you may know my dear friends, eighty percent of learning is through sight, but what if we would opt to teach English to someone blind or someone who has sight disabilitie. Blinds are visualy impaired but of course their other senses are intact.
I'm looking forward to see your comments and tell me how can a teacher utilises a blind's abilities for learning English, how can we learn them the colors, or how can they conceive concepts or abstract words.
By now,teachers may use talking books and dialogues for reading comprehension lessons, but when it comes to teach writing and reading to blinds without utilising any CDs, my mind just goes blank.
