Help me please. I'm Sign In on MyEC by means of my account Google now. I want to get own login and password for MyEC without Google.
I go to My Settings –> Profile –> Password –> Change and I enter new password. And my browser Firefox asks me, “Save new password for Google?” But I don’t want to change password Google, I only want get own for my MyEC!

Hello Sir, I am not sure, but, you can try to "Sign Up" on MyEC with the same Google id(not by clicking Google directly), where you can have new password for MyEC account.
I am waiting to see from you if it is possible or not.
Note: You will have to wait till your account get approved (it takes one or two days generally).
