I think it is difficult. Maybe in our society we have to be both.
But if you want to know, I am that kind of person, that can't eat something delightful in front of my friends/or relatives, without sharing that something with them.
It depends on what situation you are facing. In certain circumstances, we NEED to be selfish. But if we do it oftenly, it will be going worst
