In my rest time, I lay my head on a soft pillow thinking about my life and future But that ruins the tranquility and peace of mind totally, I dislike sleeping all the day 'cause I want to make the most out of my leisure time like developing my interpersonal skills and having a long conversation with my family and so forth ~~Being energetic :D
I can't sleep properly if I haven't been active all the day....

There is difference in physical and mental rest.
Physical rest you can do lying idle on bed or arm chair, but mental rest..................what is the use of physical rest when mind is tired?
