Please help me about verb form

I have to makesentence from the passive form :

 

Passive possibility, passive necessity, passive obligation, passive infinitive, passive legal authorithy. I am really confused. Please help me . Thank you

      Thank you so much for your clear explaination, at the moment I still study English at TAFE Australia. The more I know about English, I realize it is more difficult. I joined this club just a week ago, and it is really helpful. Again, thank you so much.
