Believe it or not!!
I'm shocked I do not want to believe.
Two months ago, a young mother of two was stoned to death by her relatives on the order of a tribal court in Pakistan. Her crime: possession of a mobile phone.
Arifa Bibi's uncle, cousins and others hurled stones and bricks at her until she died, according to media reports. She was buried in a desert far from her village. It's unlikely anyone was arrested. Her case is not unique. Stoning is legal or practised in at least 15 countries or regions. And campaigners fear this barbaric form of execution may be on the rise, particularly in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq.
Stoning is not legal in most Muslim countries and there is no mention of it in the Koran. But supporters argue that it is legitimised by the Hadith – the acts and sayings of the Prophet Mohamed. Stoning is set out as a specific punishment for adultery under several interpretations of sharia or Islamic law. What do you think?

Hi Pina
Thank you for your commont.
Thank you Pagali, this is retardation.
I have many questions:
1-Is having a mobile phone a crime ? ... I don't think so.
2-Does that mean that pakistan don't use mobiles ? ... I'm not sure but i don't think so.
3-Do all pakistanis face the same accusations for using mobiles ? ... I'm not sure but I don't think so.
4-Is it a single case or it is a standard ? I don't know maybe pakistanis can answer.
5-Does Islam law have this punishment for who have mobiles ? ... No, it doesn't.
In Islam stoning take place only in adultery (of a married spouse) it is the same as sentencing to death.
One last question: what is the relation between this crime and Islam ??? Islam didn't ban mobiles
ah ur all answers are right in pakistan mobile phone is nt crime ,every ppl use it n have it....no it is nt in pakistan may be some internal families or tribes dun allow it.........n i never heard about that i just listen it first time..
Thank you AH_TK, I hope that any Pakistani friend to respond to your question.
i think it is nt allowd in islam, before the birth of Muhammad saw arab ppl were like that they used stoning for women.......n after birth MUhammad saw told them about that n said that it is nt allowed in islam.....n it it is also prohibited by Allah......

I agree with you in opinion.
But the reality is otherwise. There is a court ruling, and the lady was stoned to death by the law.
Hi Piña
Thank you for your comment.
In fact, I'll wait for a Pakistani friend to explain why do people accept this militancy?
Another example:
Flogging a Sudanese woman brutally murdered at the hands of the Sudanese police to implement the court order that I've found guilty because she rode a car with a strange man.
