The Persian speaking world is celebrating the joyful spirit of the spring as the clock shows beginning of the Persian New Year, called Nowruz.

Tens of millions of people around the world rejoice at Nowruz. The day symbolizes renewal and rebirth as it falls on the first day of Farvardin, the first month of the spring in the Persian Calendar. The ancient ceremony is accompanied by a number of traditions. In Iran, people embrace the New Year's arrival with enthusiasm and wish each other the best in the coming days.
