      Please state your OS (operating system) and browser model and version. Also, which country are you in? The MyEC chat room may be blocked in your country.

      dear Tara thank you for your reply, but i dont think the location or the browser do matter....my main room worked all these three years and it STOPPED onoly when the BLUE BUBBLE appeared...i do blame or accuse this bubble or the new chat thats when i lost my beloved and favourit place in the world which is the main room of EC.i still miss the blah blah there and the hot discussions there....sad too sad to write any more...

      Do you have the latest flash player? Have you tried chat from a different computer or browser?

    the same problem here.....i could chat in the main chat room until this blue chat bubble appeared.....i could enjoy my chats there for what i come here....hanging out in the MAIN chat room and being helpful to some members and maybe they could be useful to me to...i just killed out those lonely hours of mine while chatting in the main room..i do rarely chat in private....but recently i have had no access to the main room...ITS ALL WHITE.....

    Hi, Muhammad!

    If  I'm not wrong, you are referring to the chat room 'Main Room', aren't you?  For your info, there are two ways for you to gain access to the chat room. One, through the sky blue  speech bubble  that you see at the bottom right-hand corner.  Two,  through the button with a gear image on it which is next to the speech bubble.

    Now, are you trying to say that you can't see/open that chat room at all? Your question is a little vague about your problem. Can you spell it out, please?
