In this case, it is true love.

However, it is a big happiness to see one has the same thoughts of love with his/her spouse.

Luci, the above quoge applies to both end, when first one thinks to make second one happy in the same way second one also thinks. So your viewpoint implies in its spirit. Thanks for recording your view point.

I think LOVE is about two people and I can say that it is really nice feeling to make the second one happy BUT the best thing is to see BOTH OF US HAPPY! :-) I do believe there are oposites which attracts each other and it is like this with everything, so I also believe that not every relationship is equal and if one is weaker and only praises the second one - then it is kinda useless, right? There should exist balance, equality but our characters sometimes don't allow us to make it work like this... Anyway, it is the best gift to see people I do care about happy because of some of my efforts :-)

Dear Mishaikh! You started this discussion on Valentine's Day and I believe you don't want to hear about the true nature of this feeling. Although I know its nature, I have always been overfilled with love. And,of course, I agree with your quotation! Love is mostly giving and feeling happiness as a result. The more we give, the happier we feel. Love is not a sacrifice, it is a state of mind. But it is really necessary for any human being to get at least something in return
