Is health = wealth?

Health is really precious in our lives. In order to perform our daily tasks, we need to take care our overall health which includes our physical, emotional and spiritual well being. I believe, the more we take care our selves when we are young, the more we will last in the planet.

 

I would like to ask you my dear friends, what do you do to stay healthy? I know this is a simple question, but your answers will give ideas to other members of our group.

  • Hi there Vivian O, thank you for your response. You're right if we are always ill or sick, we can no longer fulfill our duty and we are beginning to be a burden in our family. Besides, no one likes to in a hospital right? May you have a healthy life always...

    Being health is the foundamental very basic n essential of doing everything.If one is sick and ill, he/she could do nothing but stay in hospital and get treated.

  • Definitely Yes, health is wealth, but unfortunately I'm not that healthy, I already have bad sight, and it's funny cause my mom is a doctor and all I hear all the time is how to stay healthy :))
  • I would like to add that we should exercise 3x a day in order to burn calories. A 30 minute walk is beneficial to our body too.
  • Hello to everyone. I think having enough sleep (7-8 hours a day) helps us perform our job or duty efficiently. Eating a well-balanced diet and drinking wines in moderation are good too...
