many members in this club have registrated because they think they will be helped to improve the english. I used to write blog, discussion and asked for corrections but no one could even write his comment, I think because they underestimate our ability. that's why I have decided not to write any blog or discussion for corrections

The self correction is the best correction. This is the reason I decided not to tag " corrections" in my blog. Otherwise, you face some charlatans who make you more suspicion whether the mistakes are corrected or correct sentences are reconstructed. You know one idea can be explained in many ways. The charlatans enjoy being superior :)
So my best advice to you is to buy a local book of grammar, follow instructions given in the book, memorise rules, try to write as simple as possible. Besides this, spend more times in reading interesting and knowledgeable books which provide you useful expressions and syntaxes

Most of the time the bloggers forget to tag for the correction, therefore the commentator becomes hesitant whether to offer the corrections or not.

  Mishaikh, I have reviewed a lot of discussion, blogs, groups. Lots of members write something there with and without mistakes. But nobody corrects their mistakes. Where I have to write to identify my mistakes and correct them?
