for a few days i go i read this phrase (Ignorance is bliss) and i thinking it is truth , sometimes you need to be Ignorant because some of things when you know about it you will be hurt badly .

Oh yes, I totally agree with you.
The expression "Ignorance is bliss" is true, like this one: "You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free"
Is it better to be happy or free? I prefer the last one.

I am quoting here a story third time, but it falls within the perspective of our topic, Ignorance is bliss, it is a fact, because here in our life we do not know what is inside of anybody's heart, we just have to trust their appearance, what is on their face, so this ignorance gives us opportunity to have relationship, like friendship, parents, lovers, wives.
Once a guy was given the power to listen to the innerside of his fellow being. From there is life become a perpetual torture, because he found that nobody loves him, they just show him so, even he found his wife also deceiving him. He got upset, and decided to finish his life. He wished that he was not given that power which has destroyed his life.
So you see how the ignorance is bliss for us.
