second, I will improve myself both inside and outside. such as study abroad or travel around the world;

third , i`d like to make my own business

  Improving yourself for both inside & outside (internal & external achievements) is a very good thinking.... and also studying in abroad & travelling around the world are an ideal plan too.
  
  But your fourth wish doesn't seem to be good even if someone has hurt you, as an revenge possibly causes another one.

No one knows how to win! All you need to do is to buy a lottery ticket in UK or in your country, if there is. Well, you may have an opportunity for your fortune to win the lottery in life, who knows, hahah! However, I don't believe in a luck!

1. Pay off all my family debts including all loans or credits.

2. Set up family business where my all family members involve.
