somtimes our life makes us sad or not satisfied but we have to face that and try to acquire positive energy to deal with our problems and be HAPPY again...Tell us how you restore your happiness again in bad times..:):):)...maybe your words help someone sad right now..;)....I'll join by my comment...:D

Just listening to the songs of my beloved : RAMMSTEIN !
When I'm sad, I try to become sadder and fall in depression coz it makes me feel really great when I lie down a site and feel down... The relaxation of that time is really undecribable ! and it's greater when u make it more by listening to the depressing songs.......... and on the other hand, when I'm happy I try to make it more as well but by exctiting ones that Rammstein has made.

When I'm sad, I need to stay alone and drown in my sorrow. I often listening to the instrumental music or classical stuff and walking till my sorrow is over.
