It would be an easy charge to avoid in Australia. Our law requires corroborated testimony from some other source than the complainant. You would need independent witness(es), DNA evidence or some other evidence to get a conviction.
There are some dangerous women around who do these silly things, but fortunately, most are honest.
Thanks for your comment, Mr. Robinoz. Poor two men, they had to undergo 2 months in jail before police could prove that they were innocent and they didn't get any compensation for this
