Dear Tech Team,
I have a problem with creating new blogs. I could start typing a new blog and save it as a draft. For example, just now I typed only one sentence and save it as a ‘Trial Blog’. Then, I edited the first sentence and added a second sentence.
But now I can’t…
… save the changes under ‘Save as Draft’ for the second time.
… have a look at it under ‘Preview’
or delete it at all.
None of these function buttons work:
- ‘Save as Draft’
- ‘Preview’
- ‘Delete’
Could you help me, please? Thank you!
Regards,

P.S. I'm facing the same problem with my previously saved blogs which are still in draft form :-(

Dear Tara,
It was with little reluctant that I installed a different browser, Chrome, today as I was so used to my previous one, ‘Internet Explorer’. To my amazement, not only the problems I mentioned here were solved but also an array of other issues too. Thank you for suggesting it to me. You are, without doubt, my saviour! God bless you, teacher!

Yay! I'm so glad you accepted my gift of Chrome. Ha! I remember feeling that way when I made the switch. It is a great browser. Be sure to watch for the little arrow in your top right screen. That will let you know when you have a Chrome update.
I couldn't agree more! Chrome is, undeniably, an excellent browser. By the way, thank you for the additional information, Tara! That was very kind of you! I'll, for sure, keep an eye on that little arrow you mentioned. Have a wonderful day, teacher!

Hi Gabriel,
This is the message I received from Tech Help:
This is likely a browser conflict or a javascript issue. If javascript is disabled, blocked, or otherwise can't run on that page, some of the widgets will fail to load or you may have problems with the functionality of certain buttons like the "Preview" "Delete" "Save" buttons here. Sometimes a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R for Windows or Command+Shift+R for Mac) or checking that page out in a different browser (I like Chrome and Firefox) does the trick. If this doesn't work, you may want to visit http://www.ning.com/help/?p=5558 for some troubleshooting tips.
The most important things we need from you are:
Dear Mr Josef,
Thank you for taking your precious time to look into my problem. I appreciate it! I’m furnishing here the info that you need.
Browser: Internet Explorer 9
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7
Unfortunately, I haven’t tried signing in to MyEC from other computers besides mine. Sorry, sir!
Is there a solution for my problem? :-(
It has been several months since this problem cropped up. Unfortunately, it is yet to be solved! Could someone give me a helping hand, please?
I'm so sorry! Was this never resolved? I haven't been able to replicate the problem. I'll look into the tech reports to see if an answer came that I forgot to pass on to you.
I've sent a request for Tech Help to review your page. Until we hear back, you could try Google Chrome to see if you can access your drafts.
