  • Hi Robbie. To deal with a difficult people, I use all strategy that I have if the difficult people is my boss' important client.

I must know him or her first from others view, not give up and always try. If this difficult people is from my surrounding, I mostly ignore and avoid him or her. I don't want to have headache :)

    • What a wonderful answer, Grace! I think we couldn't choose our boss. We just have to learn how to be more patient since our job is on the line if we make a wrong move.

Thank you very much for sharing your insights about this topic! :)

  • Hi Robby..
I did have an experience with this kind of people. It was a year ago, the more I got to know her better, the more I could see her negative sides. I tried my best to be as nice as I can but I think I have failed. I gave her everything that might please her but in the end it seems to be always my mistake. I stopped contacted her and told myself, no loss.
    • You are welcome :)
    • Too bad for her, Peppo. Many difficult people aren't appreciative of someone's work, accomplishments and most of all, good manners. Probably that's the main reason why they're difficult to deal with.

Thanks a lot for sharing your story! :)

  • Hi Robbie,,

how are you there...? I hope you are doing fine.

Hmm,,I agree with Juan Esteban. I'm not a person who easily gets angry. To deal with such people, we shouldn't use our emotions. Just relax and use simple words and appropriate to talk to. I bet they would be tired themselves and surrender,haha..

Well, I can say that my sister in law was always angry to me and my mother, whether we're doing wrong or right or doing nothing. But years were gone with I and my mother just being patient and giving such good behavior (oh, I'm praising myself. lol). Now she is really nice to us. I really see her change, Robbie. It's done.

Thank you for raising this nice discussion. :)

    • That's really good for you, Onee-chan! I'm glad to know you have patience in dealing with difficult people. Thank you very much for sharing your experience and tips. I'll remember them!

By the way, I'm doing great! Take care! :)

  • I'm a very relax and peaceful person.  So for that reason I would deal with a difficult person thinking better my ideas and looking for a nice solution.  And is important to have a strong character and polite behavior.

    • Great response, Juan Esteban! Your calm behaviour might helped you to face those difficult people with ease. A bunch of thanks for sharing your thoughts about this topic.

  • Well.. I will tell the person what i feel exactly from the person's attitude. But if the person seems not to be changed or realized, I will decrease my times to stay or talk with the person.
