May I answer your question...
Both sentence are grammatically correct.
But it has different meaning:
"Your policy is being cancelled" means .... A company is in the process of canceling your policy. At the time being.
"Your policy has been cancelled" means .... A company has already cancelled your policy. It's done. Not in the process anymore.
A teacher, and A learner.
