      Yes Mohanned that's the only region shyness that's  not allowing me to improve speaking, how to get rid of that?

    You should learn the phrases, and begin thinking and making sentence like an english... For pronunciation, there are lot of good websites with good resources in pronunciation. You should record your speaking sometime.
