For me, it is difficult to maintain a balance of emotions when I try to help my friends and beloved to escape from their sadness or depression. Even I spent a wakeful night thinking of a way of dealing with their stories a couple times. Obviously, I was affected quite a lot by those preoccupations. 

How about you? let's share your opinions about this and what is the best way to deal with this problem?

  • Only being with them and listening in total silence is a doubtful ways of dealing with this problem. Telling  them some of words or pulling their mind to other things is my way often to do. We really get obsessed by their stories if they keep getting depressed. Anyway, I think they temporarily affect our emotions not last a long time.
