How to avoid a sigh, again and again, hearing ridiculous, malicious, and filthy accusations from one another?
All of us wants to be happy, a sound mind wants peace, a sane person will follow what is positive. But easier said than done. Everyone should practice moderation, tolerance, acceptance and deeper understanding. That what is right for you is not right for me, but that doesn't mean you are completely wrong.
My principle, don't use yourself as a measurement of other person's responses, reactions, answers, and attitudes. We are different.
But of course, like a normal person I've been experiencing this too... first I pray, God is my refuge, my solid tower. Once I told Him, I felt relieved. But I'm no hypocrite to tell that I'm completely okay, I will read a good book, talk to my best friend, call my niece and make her laugh, tease my brothers and sister, cook for somebody else, and talk to myself at the end of the day. :)
If we let this cover all our senses and we neglect to control our emotions, we are a loser. A loser of ourselves.

How to avoid negative thoughts?
How to avoid things which are part of reality?
How to avoid seeing people killing one another?
How to avoid a sigh, again and again, hearing ridiculous, malicious, and filthy accusations from one another?

Hi Apsuku,
Thank you for considering my suggestion.
I will put my note again here. :) How to avoid negative thoughts:
1) We should KNOW first that everybody has different CHARACTER.
2) Be a GOOD INTERPRETER. I mean,, every word or action of others or every situation oftentimes are interpreted wrongly.
3) Make POSITIVE WORDS. Negative words always poisonous our mind, even more when it comes from ourselves.
Thank for this great discussion. ^^
