  • when I'm stressed, I usually handle it by eating a lot or I go with my friends .. I think it's very helpful ... hehe ;)

  • i write diary, i can writing all my unhappiness into it , then i will fell relax....

    • i tried to have a diary...but it doesn't help in my case...you can reread and again.... some stress....
