As we all know, how our society or world is nowadays? It is like a melting pot with different kinds of people in one society. Normally speaking, it is what it is. Therefore, I should accept such phenomenon too.
My main question is when you are at work, you must have a chance to encounter some non-receptive customers because of not getting what they want or ask for.
How do you deal with them?
Please share your best tactic, strategy, or method with me.

pleasure your customers and they will plesure your wallet.
if you treated your customers with a not good thing, they will tell their friends "dont buy car in there , cuz they dont know how to sell" and their friends will believe it.
if you treated your customers very well, they will also tell their friends "buy your car there, it's a good car dealer, really a recommended car dealer, i just bought a car from there" and their friends will believe it.
I dunno about customers, but I have a coworker who's so stupid that it hurts. During our break I make sure never make eye contact with that dumb sh*t. Trust me, you don't wanna argue with that piece of work.
