I have not seen use of 'ing' form of verb+been+participle. So this statement seems not correct.
I have been working on this project for ages.
I have been working in this company since January 2014.
She has been playing outside for three hours.
I have not seen use of this very in passive voice.
But there are other examples:
I am reading this book for hours. (This book was being read by me for hours).
