Is it possible to get banned easily through a lie or rumor, sent by one of the guys who's got rancor with u ?Or EC mods will ask for proof or evidence?What will be the reaction?Making banned ASAP ?

No, I don't think so. For being banned, first many people should report and when they report, they should mention the reasons. So, you can't ban someone just because you don't like them or they disagree with you, generally speaking.
