Of course,many people can speak a lot of languages at the same time ,like French,English,German,etc.He or she has got his /her ability,potentiality,monetary sources,etc which help in learning those different languages probably at short time .
But,what are the suitable ways/methods,...used to help in learning many languages in short time,in case ,the person who wants to learn them ,has not got the most cheapest helping sources ?
May you help in listing them ,as you see in real life ?

That you mix them all so you end up speaking an unintelligible nonsense language...
In my opinion, this is just for the people with extraordinay ability to learn more than one language at the same time. For a person with normal I.Q, just stick to one language at a time. But, I, ofcourse know some people who speak/spoke upto seven languages.
