Do you know any folklore from your culture about predicting the weather?

is a post here that looks at the "signs" according to folk lore for what type of winter we should expect.

It is different from a recent forecast I read from a weather bureau.

Time will tell which is correct.

In my country, if the cold breeze visits us constantly on September that would be a good sign for a harsh winter with heavy rain and snow. But if the visit would be on November it means; the weather would be moderate. Not very cold and it rains, occasionally. The snow would be just on the top of the mountains. Actually, this year we will have a hard winter.

Finally, thanks for sharing this thought with us. God bless you my friend.

    • That sounds similar to the folklore in the article I posted but for October 9 where yours is winds in two months
