I am pleased to ask the issue below from EC!
The basic requirement of a language is the communication! People use different modes of communication such as sounds, visuals, signals, pictorials and so on in conveying the views, thoughts, feelings to others in the society. The English is an international language accepted by everybody without an uncertainty! The native English speakers use different dialects as well as accents in English usage! On the other hand, English is being developed day by day compared to other unfashionable languages in the world. It absorbs new words continuously from other languages and gets expanded fast! Actually, at present, English language belongs to people all over the world who use it as a communication tool within the current context. Non-native speakers use English with their identities, which are based on the culture they were grown up! Thus, non-native speakers pronounce some words differently in their natural form, possibly breaking the standard of native speakers. Is it needed to follow a certain standard of pronunciation in pronouncing English in the present context? Or just conveying the idea clearly is enough? How to tackle this issue!
Good Luck!

Dear dia,
I am pleased to add something in short to develop my point further! Yes, it is agreed! We all are happy if we are able to speak in English as a native-like speaker, and so we all try our best to achieve that goal! But, I am having a puzzle in my mind, how do we think in general? Yes, we can learn correct grammar in English, and we can read and understand something written in English properly! But, my judgment is that it is impossible to think in English! So, I assume that this is the important point to be analyzed intensely! We all think based on our natural surroundings in which we all have developed our ‘’thinking pool’’. If my natural surroundings are English-oriented, yes, definitely, I am possible to think in English! Hence, I feel that the environmental factor is very important to be a native-like speaker! Please don’t misunderstand me! Actually, this is not a negative thinking, and I just state my personal view in this respect!
Good Luck!
