I feel the 'learning language' on EC is fading out because of one or two members who is using this platform for spreading hatred about a country and it people. This should be discouraged.

You are absolutely right Mishaikh, I feel the same!
Such blogs which are the source of distracting people from their aim to learn English, should be deleted or a warning should be given to those who are trying to disturb people!
Unfortunately, people feel more free to say bad things on the internet. Sometimes I like to discuss even polemic topics and even if I don't have an answer to a question, but we can show our viewpoints without hurting anyone. We come from different backgrounds and have different opinions. We must learn to live with that, which is not simple in the real life or virtual world.
One friend of mine told me the best way to deal with that is just ignore this kind of people.
EC was a great place when I first joined it and that was shortly after it was founded by Josef. It remained a nice place in the years that follow but since about 2 years, some of members are posting nasty blogs. I reported about those to EC admins but didn't even get a reply. I don't chat because I don't like the way people call certain countries, terrorists countries. Same is the case of religious hatred. Sadly, I now see same people blogging and EC admins not heeding any attention to their heinous behaviors. I think EC's policy has changed, or perhaps their unwritten policy was always this. They are partial towards certain countries and a religion. What they need to understand that people belonging to those countries and that religion are also a part of this "learning community". We come here to learn and to have fun. Some of people might be suffering in their real lives and so they might think of places like this as shelters where they could escape from their pains. However, when they find things which could even destroy the mood of the happiest person on earth, why will they continue to come to this place? The way admins are acting will definitely destroy the good reputation of this wonderful learning platform.
I wish so Setareh, but some unscrupulous are using the platform for their ulterior motives. I am more interested in learning, writing reading, and some light creativity as proposed by Honey Bee. When I see unhealthy controversial blogs, they hurt me.

One of the guys I referred is continuously abusing Islam and Prophet (PBUH).
And who is doing such a thing ... ?
I cannot stand such things against any country ...
But there is an exception here ...
Israel ...
We mustn't hide our hatred towards Israel's horrible acts ...
Such a kid murderer and occupier regime ...
Their hands are stained with the blood of thousands of innocent people ...
They have no respect towards human being and human rights ...
They have more than 200 nukes ready to launch ...
