Do you want to work in a very big company as a low level staff??

or

Do you want to be a head of the a small company??

Which is the best one.... Kindly suggest

    Yes, I wanna work in a big co as a low staff, bcz in a big co learning oppruntity is more than in small co.

      Sir, Your view is perfectly correct... But in big companies sometimes we are unable to get a chance to learn more since most of companies are in the set of systematic procedure... So we will have a limited chance to learn there...where as in a small company we will get more change to handle and learn ....

      This is my personal opinion  only...

      let us debate... for improving our own knowledge by sharing more information...

      anyway thanks sir for your valuable inputs in this regard.
