Potato pancake
one pound of boiled potatoes,two tomatoes ,butter,tablespoon flour ,seasoning ,parsley ,one small finely chopped onion.

Nice blog, but you can do something better to make it more convenient. Here are my suggestions (Hope u will not mind it):
1- put a photo of the recipe that explained. It will be really great to see how it looks like after cooking.
2- you may split this blog into two different blogs. One could be fore the pancake recipe. The other could be for the other challenge. .
3- I was thinking it might be nice to read a story about one of the sentences below...
