Here's another quiz to show how great readers we are :P
Let's take a look at our bookshelves again!

A secondhand copy that I found few time ago in a charity bookstore. I've never read any book by this author, but I'm curious about his work, and I think I'd like this one.

A supposedly fun thing I'll never do again (David Foster Wallace)
Wallace's way of writing about the western culture and society inspired me to keep 'awake', to analyze and question my society's behaviour, and ofc, also to analyze/criticize myself.

1. A funny book: Greg's Diary by Jeff Kinney. (It's a series of books for children but funny also for adults.)

2. A book with a one-word title: Nana by Émile Zola

3. A book based on a true story: Queen by Alex Haley

4. A book I finished in a day: The Tin Church by Rosamund Haden

5. A book set somewhere I've always wanted to visit: There were some, but I don't remember a special title. Most of the books were travel descriptions or illustrated books about Canada and New Zeeland.

6. A book with a color in the title: The Green Mile by Stephen King / The Woman In White by Wilkie Collins / The Woman In Black by Susan Hill / Ann of Green Gable by Lucy Maud Montgomery

7. A book I own but still I haven't read: War and Peace by Leo Tolstoi ( The German edition has 1645 pages...uffff...but...one day, I am going to read it.)

8. A non-fiction book: Kon-Tiki by Thor Heyerdahl

9. A book I chose by its cover. No!

10. A book that inspired me: There are books but I don't remember the exact titles. I read them years ago, but I don't own them.

  I don't know many books or authors you mention, but Michel Houellebecq, Prisoner of Tehran or The postman always rings twice -well, that's a classic, i guess... But I just love that you add Brave New World by Huxley as a book that inspired you. It's really great :))

  Oh, El Lazarillo de Tormes! how cool! haha... I didn't expect to see this book in any list :D
  
  Also, Carmen Laforet, Ortega & Gasset... You know some of the classic spanish literature :))
  
  The book you chose by its cover is Charlie and the chocolate factory? haha, that's cool... and weird, 'cause Roald Dahl is a 'classic' :D (I love his stories, btw)
  Anyway, I hope you chose a copy illustrated by the great Quentin Blake :)

  I only didn't know the 3 first titles you mention (well, I do know Émile Zola, but not that book) so I've been reading their storylines and I found them very interesting as well, especially the one about the veterinarian :))
  
  About the book set in a place you want to visit... how smart of you!! hhahaha... Now I'd like to pick that too! :D
  
  And that book by Stephen King, even if I'm not a reader of his books, I totally understand that you chose it as an inspiration. That guy is really good. You know? last summer I was watching some talks of him (don't ask me why, haha... my interests are so 'random' XD ) The way he tells stories and talks about his work is really inspiring... and he's a very funny guy too. As i said, i'm not a reader of his work, but I think he's really good and deserves all the success he has. Also, many of his books gave us some of the best horror/thriller movies (I dunno why I love horror/thriller movies, but I'm not into reading books of this genre... how weird I am! haha)
