I cannot use chatrooms, I realized that EC upgraded chatroom,
1. I made download toolbar
2. there is a window bottom on the right for chatting, ok no problem, but ;
3. I can be seeing chatrooms popout bottom at the left side, like that
"lobby, create chatroom and popout",
I want to create a room, but somehow system doesn't accept my entry. When click on the button, nothing happen !
what sort of problem there are ? I'm looking for the explanation,

Tataaaaa, I found out ! If you click on pop out icon naturally,
by the way, I don t know how ı couldn't think that !
as getting larger, take place top on the screen and allow you to open room for your name,
and you get the room to chat, while choosing public, private, etc.
its existence hasn't already been to be pop out ??? So, Yes, then click on pop out and start chatting independently ! Follow you'll see, what I mean :))

I'm glad you figured it out. Yes, pop out has always been available. We have been updating our server, so that may have caused some delays for some of you. Most of the problems are resolved.
Vanessa, which browser and operating system are you using? Have you tried using MyEC from another computer?
Hello, Since Sunday May 12, I have not been able to chat. I don't know what is wrong or how to fix it. I downloaded the toolbar but that did not seem to help. I have a little blue bubble on the right side of the screen. When it press "start chatting" nothing seems to happen except a bar appears at the bottom. I have clicked on some of the icons but still nothing seems to happen. I really miss not being able to chat because I am alone in China and I miss talking with my new friends here on EC. Can you help me? Vanessa
Dear Vanessa .. try to close the tool bar. First you need to click the blue bubble, and then you'll see the same thing as the screen shot above. Click "Close Tool Bar", by doing that you'll be able to enter the old "black room". I hope. With the new tool bar, I can only chat one to one and not public. Good luck.
Thanks noaslpls, ı see the same icon too, but there are another wındow on the left, did you see ? with three options, if you want to create private room, public or etc.... my problem was that...ı cannot describe private one for me, ı don't want to use public section.. actually ı need to see how it works ?
If you want to use the new toolbar and wanted to have a private chat with a person, just click on the name of that person. I think the "private room" option in that is for you to create a private room for a group of your friend, though I never create one before. I only used one to one private chat which could be created by clicking on the name of the person you wanted to chat with.
Hmm .. selma ... I don't know which browser you're currently using. But normally I'll click "Close This Bar" in order for me to chat in the old room. Good Luck.
