why i have two kind of chat? One with the inscription "Members Online" and one with the inscription "Who's Online". And when people talk to me to the latest chat i can't answer.

Which country are you in? You should be aware that some countries block access to the main chat. This may be the case with you, but it depends where you are.
I hope your problem will be solved soon. Rosalind's problem has already solved :)
The box to the far right shows who is online. Some member may be online, but not chatting. The box on the left shows the members who are chatting. You can enter your text in the text box on the bottom of this left box. You can also click on Chat in the navigation bar above for a larger chat box.
