I've sent your question to Tech Help, but I think they will probably tell you that your computer needs to be updated with the latest Flash, browser, etc. I'll let you know if I can find any other tips for you. I'm very sorry you can't access MyEC on your home computer.
Tech help says to try clearing cookies and cache in your browser. If that doesn't work, please send me a direct message with the email address you use to sign in. Thanks, Tara.
I can't take a screen shot. When I try and log in from home it says I do not have an account at all. I tried to put in my email address in the "I forgot my password" section and it says I am not an account holder.

Clearing the cookies did not help. I logged into the "forgot my password" section from my home computer and here is the error message
A problem occurred There is no account with the email address jbk...
I have not tried the new updating flashplayer yet, but I don't think it will do any good if the system die not recognize me as having an account.
