Blank or not?

Some book has been mark by this statement on initial page -

This page intentionally left blank 

The question is how come it remains blank after this statement?

    Yeah, this looks crazy when they wrote a line and try to convinced it's a blank page ^.^

    No way... I was serious with this question. Who would say it is a blank page after this statement. We need to debate on this.

    I thought always black box needs to be orange colour... lol I mean nobody can squeeze it like orange .. haha...

    Unfortunately they can not make whole plane of this materials because it's so dense material and if it used to build plane then it can not fly or you can say it will cause trouble in aerodynamics..
